본 이용약관은 Team Halcyon(이하 “팀”)이 제공하는 다목적 AI 챗봇 쓰레기봇(이하 “봇”)의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 사용자가 봇을 디스코드 또는 웹사이트에서 이용하는 경우, 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

1. 서비스 내용

봇은 디스코드 및 웹사이트를 통해 AI 채팅, 캐릭터 대화, 기억 기반 응답, 음성 인식, 음성 합성, 기타 편의 기능을 제공합니다.

봇의 기능은 운영 상황, 서버 상태, 외부 API 상태, 정책 변경에 따라 변경, 제한 또는 중단될 수 있습니다.

2. AI 응답의 한계

봇의 응답은 AI에 의해 생성되며 항상 정확하거나 완전하지 않을 수 있습니다. 사용자는 봇의 응답을 사실 확인 없이 절대적인 정보로 사용해서는 안 됩니다.

봇은 법률, 의료, 금융, 심리 상담 등 전문 자격이 필요한 조언을 대체하지 않습니다. 중요한 결정을 내릴 때에는 반드시 전문가 또는 신뢰할 수 있는 자료를 확인해야 합니다.

3. 사용자 의무

사용자는 봇을 이용할 때 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.

• 법령, 디스코드 이용약관, 커뮤니티 가이드라인을 위반하는 행위
• 타인에 대한 괴롭힘, 혐오, 위협, 성적 괴롭힘, 명예훼손 행위
• 불법 행위, 사기, 해킹, 악성코드, 개인정보 침해를 요청하거나 유도하는 행위
• 봇의 보안, 제한, 필터, 시스템 프롬프트를 우회하려는 행위
• 과도한 요청, 자동화, 스팸 등으로 서비스 운영을 방해하는 행위
• 타인의 개인정보, 비밀번호, 인증 코드, 토큰 등을 무단으로 입력하거나 수집하려는 행위
• 봇의 응답을 악의적으로 조작하거나 타인을 속이는 목적으로 사용하는 행위

4. 계정 및 접근 제한

팀은 서비스 보호, 악용 방지, 보안 유지, 법령 또는 플랫폼 정책 준수를 위해 특정 사용자, 서버, 채널의 봇 이용을 제한하거나 차단할 수 있습니다.

심각한 악용, 보안 위협, 반복적인 약관 위반이 확인되는 경우 사전 통지 없이 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.

5. 데이터 및 개인정보

봇은 기능 제공을 위해 사용자의 메시지, 디스코드 사용자 ID, 채널 정보, 대화 기억, 웹 계정 정보 등을 처리할 수 있습니다.

개인정보 처리에 관한 자세한 내용은 별도의 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다. 개인정보 열람, 삭제, 정정 등을 요청하려면 본인 확인을 위해 본인의 Discord 사용자 ID를 제공해야 합니다.

6. 외부 서비스

봇은 OpenAI API 등 외부 AI 서비스, 음성 처리 서비스, 기타 API를 사용할 수 있습니다. 이 과정에서 사용자의 입력 일부 또는 전체가 기능 제공을 위해 외부 서비스로 전송될 수 있습니다.

외부 서비스 장애, 정책 변경, 요금 변경 등으로 인해 봇의 일부 기능이 제한될 수 있습니다.

7. 사용자의 콘텐츠

사용자가 입력한 메시지, 이미지, 음성, 기타 콘텐츠에 대한 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다. 사용자는 자신이 입력하는 콘텐츠를 봇이 처리하고 응답 생성에 사용할 수 있도록 허용합니다.

팀은 사용자의 콘텐츠를 판매하거나 광고 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다.

8. 서비스 변경 및 중단

팀은 봇의 기능, 캐릭터, 명령어, 웹 기능, 데이터 저장 방식 등을 필요에 따라 변경할 수 있습니다.

서버 점검, 장애, 보안 문제, 외부 API 문제, 비용 문제, 정책 문제 등으로 인해 서비스가 일시적 또는 영구적으로 중단될 수 있습니다.

9. 면책

팀은 봇의 응답 정확성, 지속적인 이용 가능성, 특정 목적에 대한 적합성을 보장하지 않습니다.

사용자가 봇의 응답을 신뢰하여 발생한 손해, 사용자 간 분쟁, 외부 플랫폼 장애, 제3자 서비스 문제에 대해 팀은 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한 책임을 지지 않습니다.

10. 약관 변경

팀은 서비스 변경, 법령 변경, 플랫폼 정책 변경에 따라 본 약관을 수정할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경이 있는 경우 가능한 방법으로 사용자에게 안내합니다.

11. 언어

본 약관은 한국어, 일본어, 영어로 제공될 수 있습니다. 번역본 사이에 해석 차이가 있는 경우, 한국어 본문을 우선합니다.

本利用規約は、Team Halcyon（以下「チーム」）が提供する多目的AIチャットBot「Trash Bot / 쓰레기봇」（以下「本Bot」）の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーがDiscordまたはWebサイト上で本Botを利用した場合、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

1. サービス内容

本Botは、DiscordおよびWebサイトを通じて、AIチャット、キャラクター会話、記憶に基づく応答、音声認識、音声合成、その他の補助機能を提供します。

本Botの機能は、運営状況、サーバー状態、外部APIの状態、ポリシー変更などにより、変更、制限、または中断される場合があります。

2. AI応答の限界

本Botの応答はAIによって生成されるものであり、常に正確または完全であるとは限りません。ユーザーは、本Botの応答を唯一の真実または確定情報として扱ってはなりません。

本Botは、法律、医療、金融、心理相談など、専門資格を必要とする助言の代替にはなりません。重要な判断を行う場合は、必ず専門家または信頼できる資料を確認してください。

3. ユーザーの義務

ユーザーは、本Botの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

• 法令、Discordの利用規約、コミュニティガイドラインに違反する行為
• 他者への嫌がらせ、差別、脅迫、性的嫌がらせ、名誉毀損
• 違法行為、詐欺、ハッキング、マルウェア、個人情報侵害を依頼または誘導する行為
• 本Botのセキュリティ、制限、フィルター、システム指示を回避しようとする行為
• 過度なリクエスト、自動化、スパムなどによりサービス運営を妨害する行為
• 他者の個人情報、パスワード、認証コード、トークンなどを無断で入力または収集しようとする行為
• 本Botの応答を悪意をもって改ざん、利用し、他者を欺く行為

4. アカウントおよび利用制限

チームは、サービス保護、不正利用防止、セキュリティ維持、法令またはプラットフォームポリシー遵守のため、特定のユーザー、サーバー、チャンネルによる本Botの利用を制限または停止することがあります。

重大な不正利用、セキュリティ上の脅威、または繰り返しの規約違反が確認された場合、事前通知なしに利用を制限することがあります。

5. データおよび個人情報

本Botは、機能提供のために、ユーザーのメッセージ、DiscordユーザーID、チャンネル情報、会話記憶、Webアカウント情報などを処理する場合があります。

個人情報の取扱いについては、別途定めるプライバシーポリシーに従います。個人情報の開示、削除、訂正などを要請する場合、本人確認のために自身のDiscordユーザーIDを提供する必要があります。

6. 外部サービス

本Botは、OpenAI APIなどの外部AIサービス、音声処理サービス、その他のAPIを利用する場合があります。その際、機能提供のためにユーザーの入力の一部または全部が外部サービスへ送信されることがあります。

外部サービスの障害、ポリシー変更、料金変更などにより、本Botの一部機能が制限される場合があります。

7. ユーザーコンテンツ

ユーザーが入力したメッセージ、画像、音声、その他のコンテンツについての責任はユーザー自身にあります。ユーザーは、自身が入力したコンテンツを本Botが処理し、応答生成に使用することを許可します。

チームは、ユーザーのコンテンツを販売したり、広告目的で使用したりしません。

8. サービスの変更および中断

チームは、必要に応じて本Botの機能、キャラクター、コマンド、Web機能、データ保存方式などを変更することがあります。

サーバーメンテナンス、障害、セキュリティ問題、外部API問題、費用問題、ポリシー問題などにより、サービスが一時的または永久に中断される場合があります。

9. 免責

チームは、本Botの応答の正確性、継続的な利用可能性、特定目的への適合性を保証しません。

ユーザーが本Botの応答を信頼したことにより生じた損害、ユーザー間の紛争、外部プラットフォームの障害、第三者サービスの問題について、チームは故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き責任を負いません。

10. 規約の変更

チームは、サービス内容、法令、プラットフォームポリシーの変更に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合、可能な方法でユーザーに通知します。

11. 言語

本規約は韓国語、日本語、英語で提供される場合があります。翻訳間に解釈の相違がある場合、韓国語版を優先します。

These Terms of Service govern the use of Trash Bot / 쓰레기봇 (“the Bot”), a multi-purpose AI chatbot provided by Team Halcyon (“the Team,” “we,” or “us”). By using the Bot through Discord or the web interface, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

The Bot provides AI chat, character-based conversations, memory-based responses, speech recognition, text-to-speech, web chat, and other convenience features through Discord and the web interface.

The Bot’s features may be changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued depending on operational conditions, server availability, external API availability, costs, policy changes, or security concerns.

2. Limitations of AI Responses

The Bot’s responses are generated by AI and may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date. Users must not treat the Bot’s responses as a sole source of truth.

The Bot is not a substitute for professional advice, including legal, medical, financial, psychological, or safety-related advice. For important decisions, users should consult qualified professionals or reliable sources.

3. User Obligations

Users must not use the Bot to:

• Violate applicable laws, Discord’s Terms of Service, or Discord’s Community Guidelines
• Harass, threaten, defame, sexually harass, or abuse others
• Request, encourage, or facilitate illegal activity, fraud, hacking, malware, or privacy violations
• Attempt to bypass the Bot’s security, filters, restrictions, or system instructions
• Disrupt the service through excessive requests, automation, spam, or abusive behavior
• Enter, collect, or misuse another person’s personal information, passwords, authentication codes, or tokens
• Manipulate or misuse AI responses to deceive, impersonate, or harm others

4. Account and Access Restrictions

The Team may restrict, suspend, or block access to the Bot for specific users, servers, or channels in order to protect the service, prevent abuse, maintain security, or comply with laws and platform policies.

In cases of serious abuse, security threats, or repeated violations of these Terms, access may be restricted without prior notice.

5. Data and Privacy

The Bot may process user messages, Discord user IDs, channel information, conversation memories, web account information, and related data to provide its features.

Details regarding personal information are described in the separate Privacy Policy. To request access, deletion, correction, or restriction of personal information, users must provide their own Discord User ID so that the Team can verify the requester’s identity.

6. Third-Party Services

The Bot may use external AI services, such as the OpenAI API, voice processing services, and other APIs. In such cases, part or all of a user’s input may be transmitted to those services as necessary to provide the requested feature.

Some features may become unavailable or limited due to third-party service outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or technical limitations.

7. User Content

Users are responsible for the messages, images, voice input, and other content they provide to the Bot. By using the Bot, users allow the Bot to process their content for feature delivery and response generation.

The Team does not sell user content or use it for advertising purposes.

8. Service Changes and Discontinuation

The Team may modify the Bot’s features, characters, commands, web functions, data storage methods, or behavior as needed.

The service may be temporarily or permanently interrupted due to maintenance, technical failure, security issues, external API issues, cost limitations, platform policy changes, or other operational reasons.

9. Disclaimer

The Team does not guarantee the accuracy of AI responses, uninterrupted availability of the Bot, or fitness for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Team is not responsible for damages arising from reliance on the Bot’s responses, disputes between users, platform outages, or third-party service issues, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

10. Changes to These Terms

The Team may update these Terms due to changes in the service, applicable laws, or platform policies. If significant changes are made, the Team will notify users through reasonable means where possible.

11. Language

These Terms may be provided in Korean, Japanese, and English. If there is any inconsistency between translations, the Korean version will prevail.
