Albatross: Translator 이용약관

본 약관은 디스코드에서 제공되는 Albatross: Translator 봇(이하 “본 봇”)을 사용하는 모든 사용자에게 적용되며, 봇을 사용하는 것은 본 약관에 동의함을 의미합니다.

1. 서비스 개요

본 봇은 한국어, 일본어 등 다양한 언어 간 실시간 자동 번역 기능을 제공합니다. 사용자의 메시지를 수집하여 번역 API 또는 언어 모델을 통해 변환하며, 그 결과를 다시 채팅에 제공합니다.

2. 사용자의 책임

사용자는 본 봇을 Wynncraft의 길드 Albatross 서버 내에서만 사용해야하며, 이를 벗어난 곳에서 사용시 본 봇의 사용에 제한이 생길 수 있습니다.
사용자는 디스코드 커뮤니티 가이드라인 및 서버 운영 정책을 준수해야 하며, 이를 위반하는 경우 사용 제한 또는 차단 조치를 받을 수 있습니다.

3. 데이터 수집 및 사용

봇 운영자는 데이터 보안을 위해 최선을 다하지만, 제3자 API(예: DeepL, GPT 등)의 처리 과정에서 완전한 보안을 보장할 수 없습니다.
본 봇은 번역 기능 제공을 위해 사용자의 메시지를 수집하여 번역 서버로 전달합니다.
수집된 메시지는 실시간 번역 외의 목적으로 저장되거나 활용되지 않습니다.

4. 번역 정확성

번역 결과는 AI 또는 기계 번역 시스템에 의해 생성되므로 완벽하지 않을 수 있습니다.
본 봇은 번역 오류, 오해, 문화적 차이 등으로 인해 발생하는 문제에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

5. 금지 행위

다음과 같은 행위는 금지되며, 위반 시 서비스 이용 제한 또는 서버에서 차단될 수 있습니다:

본 봇을 이용한 욕설, 혐오 표현, 차별, 폭력적 내용의 전달
자동화된 악용 (봇 루프, 도배, API 과부하 등)

6. 서비스 변경 및 종료

봇 개발자는 사전 통지 없이 본 서비스의 일부 또는 전부를 수정, 중단, 종료할 수 있습니다.
서비스 유지에 필요한 API(Rate limit, 요금제 등)의 제한 또는 변경이 있을 경우 번역 기능이 일시적으로 제한될 수 있습니다.

문의 사항은 관리자 Nitrouni 혹은 Albatross 길드 채팅내에서 직접 받고 있습니다.

本規約は、Discord上で提供される Albatross: Translator ボット（以下「本ボット」）を利用するすべてのユーザーに適用されます。本ボットを使用することにより、ユーザーは本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

1. サービス概要

本ボットは、韓国語、日本語などのさまざまな言語間のリアルタイム自動翻訳機能を提供します。
ユーザーのメッセージを収集し、翻訳APIまたは言語モデルによって翻訳し、その結果をチャットに送信します。

2. ユーザーの責任

ユーザーは、本ボットを Wynncraftのギルド「Albatross」サーバー内でのみ使用する必要があります。
それ以外の場所で使用した場合、本ボットの利用が制限されることがあります。

また、ユーザーは Discord のコミュニティガイドラインおよび各サーバーの運営ポリシーを遵守する義務があります。
違反した場合は、利用制限やサーバーからの追放などの措置が取られることがあります。

3. データの収集と使用

本ボットは翻訳機能を提供するために、ユーザーのメッセージを一時的に翻訳サーバーに送信します。
収集されたメッセージは、リアルタイム翻訳以外の目的では保存・使用されません。

なお、ボット運営者はデータの安全確保に最大限努めますが、DeepLやGPTなどの第三者APIによる処理過程において、完全なセキュリティは保証できません。

4. 翻訳の正確性

翻訳結果はAIや機械翻訳システムによって生成されるため、完全ではない場合があります。
翻訳ミス、誤解、文化的な違いによって生じたトラブルについて、本ボットは一切の責任を負いません。

5. 禁止行為

以下の行為は禁止されており、違反した場合はサービスの利用制限やサーバーからのブロックが行われる可能性があります：

本ボットを使用した暴言、差別的または攻撃的な表現の投稿
スパムやボットループ、APIの過剰使用などの自動化による悪用

6. サービスの変更および終了

ボット開発者は、事前の通知なしに本サービスの一部または全部を変更、中断、または終了する権利を有します。
また、APIのレート制限や料金プランの変更などにより、一時的に翻訳機能が制限されることがあります。

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Albatross: Translator Bot (hereinafter referred to as “the Bot”) provided on Discord. By using the Bot, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Overview

The Bot provides real-time automatic translation between various languages, including Korean and Japanese.
It collects user messages, processes them through translation APIs or language models, and returns the translated result to the chat.

2. User Responsibilities

Users must use the Bot only within the Albatross guild server on Wynncraft.
Usage outside of this context may result in access restrictions.

Users are also required to comply with Discord’s Community Guidelines and the server’s internal rules.
Violations may lead to service restrictions or bans from the server.

3. Data Collection and Usage

The Bot collects user messages solely for the purpose of providing translation.
These messages are transmitted to translation servers and are not stored or used for any purposes other than real-time translation.

While the Bot operator strives to ensure data security, full protection cannot be guaranteed due to processing through third-party APIs (e.g., DeepL, GPT, etc.).

4. Translation Accuracy

Translation results are generated by AI or machine translation systems and may not be fully accurate.
The Bot assumes no responsibility for issues arising from translation errors, misunderstandings, or cultural misinterpretations.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in restriction or ban from the service:

Using the Bot to send offensive, hateful, discriminatory, or violent content
Abusing the Bot through automation (e.g., spam, loops, API overuse)

6. Service Changes and Termination

The Bot developers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service, in whole or in part, without prior notice.
If there are changes or limitations to necessary APIs (rate limits, subscription changes, etc.), translation features may be temporarily unavailable.
