Albatross: Translator 개인정보 처리방침

팀 Halcyon (이하 팀)은 커뮤니티 Halcyon과 별개로 활동하는
디스코드 봇 개발 소규모 제작 팀으로써, 개인정보 보호를 매우 중요하게 여기고 있습니다.
Albatross : Translator (이하 봇)은 한국어 : 일본어를 1:1로 번역하는데 중점으로 제작이 되어있는 봇으로써, 여러분의 디스코드 채팅 내역이 필수로 수집되어야 동작을 할 수 있습니다.
봇이 기본으로 수집하는 정보로는 채팅을 이용하는 채널, 채팅 메시지, 그리고 명령어를 이용하는 사람의 역할정보 및 아이디(명령어 사용하는 유저가 봇 오너인지 확인하는 용도) 를 디스코드로부터 받아와서 여러분의 대화를 1:1로 번역을 하고 있습니다.
번역에 사용된 메시지는 즉시 폐기되어 어디에도 내용이 저장되지 않습니다.
일반적인 채팅으로 번역은 그 즉시 DeepL API를 통해서 한국어일경우, 일본어로 일본어일 경우 한국어로 번역이 되고, 이후에는 해당 데이터를 초기화해서 아예 없애고 있습니다.
절대로 채팅한 내역이 서버 관리자나, 봇 개발자에게 전달되지 않습니다.
개인정보 처리에 대해서 의구심이 생긴다면 봇 개발자 (Nitrouni) 에게 봇의 로그를 보여달라고 요청하실 수 있으며, 봇 개발자는 이에 로그를 직접 보여드릴 수 있습니다.

チームHalcyon（以下「チーム」）は、コミュニティHalcyonとは別に活動するDiscordボット開発の小規模チームであり、個人情報の保護を非常に重視しています。
「Albatross : Translator」（以下「ボット」）は、韓国語と日本語の1:1翻訳に特化して開発されたボットであり、動作にはユーザーのDiscordチャット内容の取得が必須です。

ボットが基本的に収集する情報は、翻訳が行われるチャンネル、チャットメッセージ、およびコマンドを使用するユーザーの役職情報とID（コマンド使用者がボット所有者であるか確認する目的）であり、これらはDiscordから取得されます。

翻訳に使用されたメッセージは即座に破棄され、どこにも保存されることはありません。
通常のチャット翻訳では、メッセージが即座にDeepL APIを通じて、韓国語の場合は日本語に、日本語の場合は韓国語に翻訳され、その後すぐに該当データは初期化され、完全に削除されます。

チャット履歴がサーバー管理者やボット開発者に伝達されることは決してありません。
個人情報の取り扱いに関して不安がある場合は、ボット開発者（Nitrouni）にログの確認を依頼することができ、開発者はログを直接提示することが可能です。

Team Halcyon (hereinafter referred to as “the Team”) is a small Discord bot development group that operates independently from the Halcyon community. The Team places a high priority on protecting personal information.
Albatross : Translator (hereinafter referred to as “the Bot”) is a bot specifically designed for 1:1 Korean-Japanese translation. In order to function, the Bot must collect certain chat data from your Discord activity.

The basic information collected by the Bot includes the channel where the chat takes place, the chat messages themselves, and the user’s role and ID who invokes the command (used solely to verify whether the user is the bot owner). This information is obtained from Discord.

All messages used for translation are immediately discarded and are not stored anywhere.
For general chat translation, messages are instantly translated via the DeepL API — from Korean to Japanese or Japanese to Korean, depending on the language. After the translation is complete, the data is fully cleared and erased.

Your chat history is never shared with server administrators or the bot developers.
If you have concerns about how your data is handled, you may request the Bot developer (Nitrouni) to show you the Bot’s logs. The developer can directly share the logs upon request.
