Albatross : Translator<\/strong> (hereinafter referred to as \u201cthe Bot\u201d) is a bot specifically designed for 1:1 Korean-Japanese translation. In order to function, the Bot must collect certain chat data from your Discord activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The basic information collected by the Bot includes the channel where the chat takes place, the chat messages themselves, and the user\u2019s role and ID who invokes the command (used solely to verify whether the user is the bot owner). This information is obtained from Discord.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All messages used for translation are immediately discarded and are not stored anywhere.
For general chat translation, messages are instantly translated via the DeepL API \u2014 from Korean to Japanese or Japanese to Korean, depending on the language. After the translation is complete, the data is fully cleared and erased.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your chat history is never<\/strong> shared with server administrators or the bot developers.
